Open-Air Bluegrass Worship Service
Sunday, July 11, 10:00 a.m.
Join us at the Rotary Nature Center at Wintergarden Park for a unique worship experience. Sit outside (weather permitting) under the trees, and enjoy the sounds of nature, the old-time music of Lucy Long and the Root Cellar String Band, prayers and devotions.

Bring a side dish to share at the potluck immediately following (meat and drinks provided). You also might want to bring mosquito repellant, and your favorite folding chair (seating also availble on site). See you there!

First Presbyterian Church is the "church on Church Street" in historic downtown Bowling Green, Ohio. Our congregation is a mix of families, students and seniors who are committed to growing their faith and living as Christ taught us to live. Our church provides meaningful worship, insightful educational programs, inspirational music, challenging mission opportunities and abundant fellowship for all ages.

The current church building was built in 1921, on the site of the earlier First Presbyterian Church building that was built in 1860 and destroyed by fire in 1919. It features a beautiful sanctuary with stained glass windows by esteemed artist Henry F. Keck, and a tracker pipe organ built by John Leek. The church is often used for Christian wedding ceremonies.

Our church is sponsored by the following organizations:
